| Beverly is a member of the leading chancery commercial chambers, Serle Court. She is recommended for chancery, private client and property work, as well as mediation, in the main legal directories. Beverly mediates a wide spectrum of disputes including all types of property disputes, family disputes in the context of wills, trusts, and companies, professional negligence, partnership and employment claims and general commercial disputes. She is experienced in multi-party and cross-cultural disputes. She trained in mediation with CEDR in 1999 and in negotiation at Harvard in 2002. Beverly is a member of the CEDR training faculty and Vice-Chair of the Bar ADR Committee. She regularly presents seminars and workshops on mediation.
