| A Partner with Glovers in Mayfair, he specialises in resolving disputes involving all aspects of the construction industry both in the UK and overseas. He has been mediating disputes since 1990 which, apart from construction, have also included partnerships, patents, professional negligence, oil and gas, energy, health services, retail, IT, insurance and regulatory matters. He frequently acts for parties participating in mediation. He is an accredited Mediator with CEDR, the Academy of Experts and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the International Panel of Distinguished Neutrals of the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution (New York), an accredited Adjudicator with both CEDR and the Technology and Construction Solicitors Association (TeCSA) and a member of the CEDR and TeCSA Training Faculties. He lectures on ADR at Reading University. He is the joint author of 'The ADR Practice Guide'. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He was a co-founder of CEDR and a Director until 2002.
